FAQs

Will you meet my dog before you walk/train/dog sit them?

Yes! Before any services take place, we arrange a free, no obligation ‘meet and greet’ with you and your dog(s) in your home. During this time, we will discuss your dog(s) needs and what services you require. If you are happy with what is discussed, then paper work such as a pet information form and a signed agreement will be completed.

How will you access my home?

This is completely up to you. Some people provide us with a spare key, and others leave one in a safe, secure place.

How far do you travel to walk/sit/train my dog?

We are based in Welshpool & Guilsfield, but can travel to surrounding areas. Please contact us directly if you need more information regarding this.

Where will my dog(s) be walked?

This depends on where you live, and what your dog prefers. We can walk them directly from your house, or we can transport your dog to local spaces such as fields, woods or canal paths.

Do you walk more than one dog at a time?

We will only walk your dog with another dog IF you are happy for this to happen, if your dog is friendly with other dogs and if we think your dog is compatible with another dog that we walk.

Are you insured?

Absolutely, we are both fully insured! We bring proof of our insurance along to meet and greets.

What do I need to provide when you walk my dog?

Their collar/harness (with an ID tag), lead and ideally a towel for wet weather. We do have a supply of towels in our vehicles, however one in your home would be handy!

How and when do I pay?

You can pay on the day that the service is provided, weekly or one monthly payment. We will discuss this at the meet and greet.
Payment can be either cash or bank transfer.
